My research addresses the importance of donor dendritic cells trafficking through CX3CRl pathway in graft rejection and tolerance. To achieve durable and reproducible tolerance and prevent the development of CAV, we have developed innovative monitoring tools (published in J Clin Invest 2011, J Am Coll Cardiol 2012Circ Res 2013, Circ Cardiovasc Imaging 2013) to understand the CX3CRl pathway from the viewpoint of cell-cell crosstalk between T cells and antigen presenting cells.
